90-day money-back guarantee
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. You can return it even if the bottle is opened or empty. We simply want to know it did not work out for you.
How to start a return
Email us at help@nobleherbs.com with your order number and a short note. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
Return shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product. We recommend using a tracked service, since we cannot refund items we do not receive.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you.
